Yep, I've been back from camping with my family for a few days now...and I broke my aunt's ATV. While riding it on the beach, I kept going up in gears without letting up on the gas (I was racing my brother on his dirtbike) and then something died and now it won't go above first gear. XD;

Anyway. Yeah. My brother exploded many a low grade firework (as did I), my parents drank too much one night, and I finished reading Red Prophet by Orson Scott Card. Fun times were had by all.

OH! And when we were in town, my mom and I stopped at the local used bookstore, like we always do. In the tiny science fiction section, I found fifteen Doctor Who books, all about the Third Doctor. It was exciting.

And, because the shopkeeper wasn't paying much attention when she sold the books to us, we got the Who books for the UK price instead of the US price. XD
